I am very pleased to report the Focus cakes went swimmingly, as did the party. Myself and Mr Cake had a fab time making the most of the free bar and playing the casino with funny money with photos of the directors on (our good friend Chris looked scarily like the Queen). My kitchen is now getting back to normal after being a cupcake factory and has lost the mist of icing sugar created by the constant whirring of the Kitchen Aid. I'm so excited that Miss Cake is taking off and the cake orders are flooding in. In the next few weeks i'll be cakecreating a shar pei dog, a boy on the drums, canoes and a train. Wish me luck!
